By reserving your Table Bundle in advance, you ensure that your table is held, your wine is ready, and your meal is perfectly timed. THE FAMILY | $215 | Designed for 4–6 Guests Includes 2 bottles of Estate Wine, 2 wood-fired pizzas, 2 seasonal starters, and 1 family-style salad. How It Works Customize Your Manifest: At checkout, select your wine and pizza varieties—including our Spring Special: Prosciutto & Pear. Select 'Book Now' to view optional add-ons and further customize your stay. Upgrade to a Mimosa Morning (+$10): Turn any sparkling bottle in your bundle into a Mimosa Service. We’ll have a chilled carafe of orange juice and fresh fruit garnishes waiting at your table upon arrival! Important Guest Information Pre-Paid Reservations Only: All bookings and food orders must be placed in advance. Bottle Service Only: We are offering full bottle service for all bundles. Arrival & Check-In: Visit the Host Stand upon arrival. Your wine and glassware will be delivered to your table immediately so you can begin your toast. Seating & Children: All children requiring a seat must be included in your guest count. Table assignments are based strictly on bundle capacity. Estate Policy: Outside food, coolers, and picnic baskets are not permitted.
Policies
Mother’s Day Estate Policy & Guest Agreement To ensure a seamless, premium experience for all guests, Durst Winery adheres to the following policies for our Mother’s Day Reservations-Only event. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms: 1. SCHEDULED RESERVATIONS ONLY The Estate is closed to the general public on Mother’s Day. Entry is permitted only for guests with a pre-paid Table Bundle and a confirmed reservation time. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your manifest and table. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time to ensure your food service remains on track. 2. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Because we source fresh ingredients and staff our team specifically for your party size: 72+ Hours Notice: Full refund available (must cancel by 11:00 AM on the Thursday prior). Within 72 Hours: Cancellations incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: All Mother's Day Bundles are non-refundable in the event of a no-show. Failure to attend your scheduled reservation does not entitle the guest to a refund or credit. 3. FAMILY & CHILDREN SAFETY We love seeing families enjoy our large Estate! While we encourage you and your children to explore our beautiful grounds, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. * For the safety of our staff and guests, please ensure children are escorted by an adult when moving through the property. This is especially important near the band and in high-traffic paths where our food runners are delivering hot pizzas and glassware. 4. ARRIVAL & SERVICE Check-In: Visit the VIP Greeting Station at your scheduled reservation time to receive your wine and table assignment. Bottle Service: To prioritize speed and ease, standard complimentary member glasses are replaced by the inclusive bottle(s) in your bundle. Service Charge: A 20% service charge is added to all bundles to cover live entertainment, event coordination, and our team. 5. FOOD & BEVERAGE Outside Food: No outside food, coolers, or picnic baskets are permitted. Wine Club: Members receive a $20 credit (with code) and their full discount on any additional wine purchased beyond the bundle. 6. WEATHER & PETS This is an outdoor event. In the case of inclement weather, we will do our best to provide covered seating, but the cancellation policy remains in effect. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
