Sparkling Demi-Sec

Sparkling Demi Sec has a light gold hue with aromas of fresh honeysuckle with underlying elements honey, lime and pear. Our bubbles are festive, fun, and tickle the tongue. The palate is soft and filled with green apple, honey, and white peach. The finish is soft and semi-sweet and leave a sweet fruity sensation.

This crisp sparkling demi is an excellent food wine and pairs well with soft white cheese and dried apricots, raspberry-blueberry tart with fresh whipped cream, or white peach cobbler with brown sugar crumble.
