Outside Food Policy

As we transition into offering food from our on-site kitchen, we are no longer able to allow outside food to be brought onto the property.

This decision is not simply about encouraging guests to purchase from us. Now that our kitchen is fully operational, Durst Winery & Estate assumes full responsibility and liability for all food consumed on the premises. Health department regulations, food safety standards, and insurance requirements require that we oversee and control all food service while guests are visiting.

By preparing and serving food in-house, we are able to ensure proper food handling, storage, and service standards — protecting both our guests and our business.

We truly appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow and enhance the overall experience at the estate. Our culinary program has been thoughtfully curated to pair beautifully with our wines, and we’re excited to share it with you.
