In an effort to help everyone cope with the pressures of sheltering in place, Durst Winery is offering the ability to interact with friends and family to help combat the isolation.   We offer the means to have a custom wine-tasting experience virtually with your own private party. 

How does this work?  If you are interested, you can call, or email the winery to request a virtual tasting.  You will need to include the following information:

• You can have as many or as few of people you would like but please let us know how many people will be participating.If you have multiple households that want to partake in this experience, we can accommodate that as well.Again, please let us know how many people will be in each household.

 

• The date and time you would like to this event to take place.Yes, we will accommodate the time and date when you and your fellow wine tasters want to get together.Our operating hours for this activity will be from 12pm to 8pm seven days a week.

 

• Select the number of wines you want to use for the event.We recommend either three, five or seven but you can select more if you desire.As for which wines are available, any of them listed on our web site can be selected.

 

• If there is any special occasion associated with this event, any specific topics or elements you would like us to include, let us know.Durst Winery wants the opportunity to customize this event as much as possible.

Durst Winery will give you an invoice for the wine requested as well as discounted shipping rates depending on the number of wines purchased.  If you purchase 12 bottles or more, shipping is free.

Once the tasting is scheduled, we will ship you the wines as well as a personalized tasting sheet for each participating member.

                On the day of the event, you will be given an electronic invitation to have a video conference.  When the hour arrives, you will be greeted by our winemaker Jon Affonso and he will lead the tour personally.  He will offer his impressions of the wines as well as answer any questions you may have.
