About the Event

Dave Atencio, singer/songwriter and the heart of The Box Music Family, began playing music at the age of 11. He learned guitar and began adding melodies and words, developing his natural gift of songwriting. Dave credits his musical style from listening to Bob Marley, Sublime, Jack Johnson and Zac Brown.

Dave wrote a song he felt was perfect for the Good Day Sacramento show. After sending producers a copy, he was invited to perform during their local music segment. Good Day Sacramento executives quickly secured the use of Dave's song for their morning show music.

Dave's talent for songwriting has opened other avenues to utilize his creative skills. He showcases businesses and artists through photography, video, signs and decals. Dave films high definition commercials for companies and artists to help generate more business.

His feel good tunes are available on Spotify.

ABOUT THE VENUE:

Durst Winery & Estate is an artisan winery with an emphasis on small-lot wines. It is located in a lush oasis nestled among the acres of vineyards and orchards in Acampo, California. The Winery, established in late 2014, focuses on using only the best fruit we can get our hands on, preserving the quality and integrity of the sun-drenched grapes from picking to pouring. The Estate’s fascinating history begins in the 1800s and travels through the ages with tales of romance, wars, depression, and agriculture. We invite you to let your story merge with ours, as you savor a bottle of our fine wine with loved ones.
