This wine has a bright red hue that resembles many of the rosés from the South of France. The aromas of fresh strawberries, cherries, and raspberries are mixed with elements of green tea. The fresh fruit flavors carry over from the aromas as strawberry and green tea are prevalent but mixed crisp acidity and some citrus components as well.

 

This wine makes a great entry to any evening or first course wine. It pairs well with an array of mixed berry's with a champagne vinaigrette, or cheese such as Brie or fresh Mozzarella, or Teleme.
